Monthly subject assignments updated

I have updated the monthly subject assignments. Please check whether you are on deck to announce your subject mid-month before your assigned month.

I plan to be more organized in selecting the assignments in 2011. I'll give the most weight to those who have had fewer assignments and those who continue to participate each month.
